It indicates that nature can make positive contributions to our health, help us recover from pre-existing stresses or problems, have an ‘immunising’ effect by protecting us from future stresses, and help us concentrate and think more clearly. A Quasi experimental Single group Pretest Post-test Design was adopted. 120 undergraduates were selected 60 experimental & 60 Control through random assignment. PDCA Plan Do Check Act model was incorporated. 5 session of Alfresco were given. A warm up session Activity (Think-Pair-Explore & Share) was given , followed by Reflection. Pre and post knowledge score were Analysed using descriptive statistics. A well-defined plan was developed for implementing alfresco feedback was taken using Google form. Findings of studies revealed there is significant difference in the Mean Pretest and Post test score after implementation of alfresco learning in experimental group. Alfresco learning is cost-effective learner driven, outcome focused teaching strategy which can be implemented once a month to enhance motivation, foster creativity and stimulate curiosity.
