Biography:
Daelia Abubakar is a Research Nurse Specialist holding a BSN, MS, and currently pursuing a DBA, with expertise in Healthcare Leadership, Nursing Education, and Quality Improvement. She is a certified Six Sigma master black belt with strong capabilities in process and systems optimisation. She previously served as an ICU unit manager and currently supports nursing workforce development in a nursing education hospital setting. She is actively engaged in Scholarly Research, QIEBP implementation, QI Initiatives, and Policy Review, with Research Interests in Healthcare Leadership, Clinical Quality & Safety, Patient Outcomes, and EBP Translation.
