In-Person Oral Presentations
- Report to the assigned conference room at least 1 hour before your session.
- Confirm your presence with the session coordinator.
- Oral presentations are generally allocated 20–25 minutes, including questions and discussion.
- Prepare approximately 17–19 minutes of speaking content to allow time for questions and speaker transition.
- Presentations must be prepared in English.
- Submit slides in PowerPoint or PDF format by the communicated deadline.
- Carry a backup copy of your presentation on a USB drive.
- Use clear fonts, simple layouts and high-quality images.
- Stay within the allotted presentation time and follow the session chair’s instructions.
The conference laptop is recommended. Presenters requiring personal laptops, videos, special software or additional technical arrangements should inform the Conference Secretariat in advance.
