Recipients may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email, contacting us directly, or requesting removal from promotional mailing lists.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional or administrative messages relating to an existing registration, payment, presentation or event.
