Accommodation is optional, subject to availability and confirmed only after full payment and written confirmation.
Early check-in, late check-out, additional nights, room upgrades and special requests are subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges.
All cancellation, substitution, participation-format change and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

If the conference cannot be held, is postponed, rescheduled, relocated or moved to another format due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizers — including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, public-health emergencies, government restrictions, travel bans, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, civil unrest, venue unavailability, major technical failures, power outages, transportation disruptions, supplier or service-provider failures, or any other event-related circumstances that materially affect the safe or practical delivery of the conference — the organizers will not be liable for any losses, expenses or damages incurred by participants.
In such circumstances, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the conference, relocate the event, convert it to a virtual or hybrid format, or transfer the paid registration fee to a future edition or another suitable Magnus Group event.
Registration fees are non-refundable under force majeure circumstances but will be credited toward the rescheduled, relocated, virtual, hybrid or substituted event.
