Biography:
Ms. Balitaan is a 4th-year Bachelor of Science in nursing student at Canossa College, San Pablo City, Laguna, Philippines. During her time at Canossa College, she has been a consistent dean’s lister. In 2023, together with her teammates, she won the Red Cross International Humanitarian Law Debate in San Pablo.
