Biography:
Katharina Zuleika B. Sancio is a 21-year-old fourth-year nursing student at St. Paul University Iloilo. Having many classmates who live away from home, she has seen firsthand the struggles they face with academic demands, homesickness, and adjustment to independence. This concern inspired her to focus her research on the level of anxiety experienced by student nurses in similar situations, with the hope of giving voice to their challenges. Her passion lies in advancing mental health awareness in nursing, and she aspires to contribute to evidence-based practices that strengthen resilience and support systems for future nurses.
