Stuart Mott

Stuart Mott’s 20 years as a vascular access nurse with 9 years as a traveling nurse has allowed him to share unique cannulation and infection prevention techniques during in-services with acute and chronic dialysis staff. This knowledge has improved nursing skills and patients’ care experience. Stuart published articles in the Nephrology Nursing Journal, served on the ESRD Network 12’s board, and was a Fistula First Breakthrough Initiative advisor. He is a member of the American Nephrology Nurses Association and its Home Therapies Specialty Practice Network, the Council of Nephrology Nurses & Technicians and the Patient Self-Cannulation Change Work Group.
