The healthcare profession is comprised of brave souls who dedicate their lives to ensuring our wellness, safety and longevity. They are our first responders, our critical staff, our mandatory reporters…our friends.

The question however that often remains is, “who takes care of the people who take care of the people?”

Many of us have warm, loving networks of friends, family and colleagues who tend to our socio-emotional needs.

Yet, all of us can benefit from improved delivery of our Self-Care.

As professionals, we must be intentional about our individual efforts towards continued growth and development, if we truly desire to see wellness increase in the ones we love and serve.

This is because those who are improving help others to improve also, 

 ---or in other words, “Better people, better People.”

This mindset shift is radical for some and foundational for others.

We will explore it during our time together.
