Biography:
Alice Khachian, (PhD, MED, MSN, BSN), Professor and faculty member of Iran University of Medical Sciences appears to be a researcher with publications in areas such as educational management, educational leadership, and adult education. One of her recent publications is related to 'factors affecting change management'. She has also been involved in data analysis and literature reviews, as indicated by a 2024 publication in which she participated in data analysis and design. Her research interests span across nursing, education, and chronic disease patient care. Iran University of Medical Sciences is one of high ranked Medical Universities in Iran. As one of the most influential schools of nursing and midwifery in Iran, the School of Nursing and Midwifery of Iran University of Medical Sciences with over 40 years of experience in admitting students of nursing and midwifery is honored to train graduates of these disciplines to perform managerial, educational, and therapeutic roles. Alice managed about 10 years the Medical Surgical Department also continuing education department successfully. She has more than 100 article publications and books in English and Persian languages.
