Magnus Group provides invitation letters and supporting documentation to help delegates secure a Singapore visa for Nursing 2027, March 15–17, 2027. We are not an immigration adviser — final eligibility and approval rest with the Singapore authorities and your nearest Singapore mission abroad.
Do you need a Singapore visa? Citizens of most countries in the Asia-Pacific, North America, and Western Europe are visa-exempt for short stays. The official list is maintained by Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
How early should I start? Request an invitation letter as soon as your registration is confirmed. Visa applications typically take 1–6 weeks. We recommend applying at least eight weeks before March 15–17, 2027.
Request an invitation letter
Once you have registered for Nursing 2027, you can request a signed invitation letter from the conference secretariat. To process the request quickly, please email nursing-research@magnusconference.com with the following details exactly as they appear on your passport:
- Full legal name (family name, given names) — as printed on the passport biographical page
- Nationality, passport number, and expiry date
- Date of birth and gender
- Affiliation, position, and professional postal address
- Abstract ID (if you are presenting) and registration confirmation number
You will receive a PDF invitation letter within 3–5 business days, signed by the conference chair. The letter confirms your role at Nursing 2027, the conference dates, and the host venue. It is intended to support — not replace — a visa application; final approval is at the sole discretion of the Singapore mission processing your case.
