Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the schedule, process, and exceptions that apply when you cancel your registration for Nursing 2027 (Singapore, March 15–17, 2027). It forms part of the Terms and Conditions that govern your registration.

1. Refund schedule

Approved refunds are generally processed within 30 days after the conference, on the schedule below. The cancellation date is the date your written request reaches the secretariat.

Refunds are issued in the original currency and through the original payment method. Bank-transfer charges, currency-conversion adjustments, and payment-processor fees are not refundable.

2. Cancellation process

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to nursing-research@magnusconference.com. Please include your registration ID, full name, and a brief reason for cancellation. The secretariat acknowledges all cancellation requests within two business days.

Once your request has been acknowledged, the corresponding refund amount will be calculated according to the schedule above. Approved refunds are generally processed within 30 days after the conference. We do not process refunds before the conference concludes except in cases of confirmed force majeure.

3. Transfer to another delegate

Participant substitutions may be accepted with prior written approval. Transfers to a future edition may be considered with written approval.

4. Force majeure

In the event the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, or civil unrest — Magnus Group LLC shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by registrants.

In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to: reschedule the conference; transfer the registration to a virtual format; or apply the paid fee to a future edition of the conference. Registration fees are not refundable under force-majeure circumstances but will be honoured toward the rescheduled or substituted event.
