Chew Pei Jun Linda

Chew Pei Jun Linda is a nurse clinician and team lead in home care at Assisi Hospice, with over 20 years of nursing experience in palliative care. She holds a master of nursing and is an advanced practice nurse, and is a recipient of the nurses merit award 2026. Alongside clinical practice, she mentors nurses, contributes to research and quality improvement, and is actively involved in palliative nursing education. She serves as module lead for serious illness management in the advanced diploma in palliative nursing programme. She is passionate about developing nurses to provide compassionate, holistic and person-centred care.
