Lu Zhou

Lu Zhou, RN, is a master’s candidate in nursing. She stated that her interdisciplinary research focuses on nursing education and gerontological nursing. She explained that her research uses quasi-experimental methods, latent profile analysis, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), and qualitative approaches to investigate health-professional students learning about ageing, motivation to pursue careers in geriatric care, the mental health of dementia caregivers, and patient-safety-related behaviours among newly graduated nurses.
