There will always be a need for innovation in nursing education to equip nurses to practise in different situations and change environments. Because of this, nursing education must employ innovative methods. One of the new techniques is simulation, which also uses personal digital assistants (PDAs). Creating a realistic duplicate of reality is a technique used in education. In order to provide more effective, safe, timely, and patient-centered care, nurses of all roles and levels of experience need to understand that these daily difficulties can be resolved at an organisational level and should be. We cannot hope to overcome existing difficulties or proactively foresee and address those of the future, though, if we lack the information, talents, and skills necessary to design, develop, execute, and scale novel solutions.
