End-of-life care stands as a compassionate and essential facet of healthcare, dedicated to providing comfort and support to individuals approaching the end of their lives. Hospice care, specifically tailored for those with a prognosis of six months or less, prioritizes comfort and dignity during the end-of-life journey. This collective effort aims to formulate a comprehensive and personalized care plan that honour’s the patient's wishes and values.
